Shampoo and Conditioner.

It's a dreary feeling Monday today.

The goal is to try to stay in bed as long as absolutely possible. However, I did want to discuss my new shower routine for my hair. I have two new products, and a rediscovered product that I am very happy to have started using again.

I decided about a month ago, that I should purchase the mane n' tail shampoo and conditioner. The first couple times I used it I thought meh, it's alright. It makes my hair clean and that's pretty much it. I won't be repurchasing them after I use them up. However, for the time being I did find a perfect combination. Way back when, I was obsessed with the Macadamia Oil shampoo and masque. I brought out the mask again  because my hair has been much tougher to comb through due to the blonde highlights in my hair.

I use the Mane n' Tail shampoo (Sometimes even twice) Once I rinse that out, I but the macadamia oil repair masque through my crown and ends. Whatever is left on my hands, I massage into my scalp. I put my hair up and do all of my other shower needs. Shaving, body washing, face washing, whatever all you do in the shower. On the container it say to leave it in your hair for 3 - 5 minutes. Hopefully these things takes you about this long. If not, dance in the shower? I rinse it out, and it makes my hair comb out (with a wide-tooth comb) like a dream.

I forgot how much I really liked this product.

Now on to a little hair growth info. I quit taking prenatals. I felt like they weren't doing anything to my hair, and the fact that they melted together in my car made it an issue. I started taking biotin about a week ago. I'm not sure if it's actually working, but I'll try it for a few months and see what's happening. On the plus side, highlights have made it so that I can actually see the hair growth, It's been 6 weeks since I have had my hair done and it looks as though it has grown a half of an inch to an inch. Too bad I still feel like it's not growing fast enough even though I can now physically see the hair growth.

I need to call soon to get my roots done and add a bit more blonde to it.

XO - Stacey
